Literatura comparată. Considerații (in)actuale
Abstract (Comparative Literature. (In)current Considerations) The article aims to investigate several relevant aspects related to the state of the discipline of Comparative Literature, as they emerge from the spectrum of inquiries and interventions by authors who have imparted a particular dynamic to the field within the Humanities in recent decades. At the same time, I shall argue that it is necessary to explore new concepts and areas, such as posthumanism and digital humanities, which can position Comparative Literature as a discipline that amplifies and nuances the concerns of the Humanities in relation to the cultural paradigms of the present. This avenue of research could also contribute to the mapping of an allegorical notion of a biography of the discipline.

Rezumat: Articolul își propune să investigheze câteva aspecte relevante legate de starea disciplinei literatură comparată, așa cum se conturează acestea din spectrul interogațiilor și intervențiilor unor autori ce au imprimat domeniului o dinamică aparte în sfera științelor umaniste, în ultimele decenii. Totodată, voi arăta că este necesară explorarea unor concepte și domenii noi, precum postumanismul și digital humanities, care pot conferi literaturii comparate poziția unei discipline ce amplifică și nuanțează preocupările științelor umaniste față de paradigmele culturale ale prezentului. O astfel de abordare poate contribui la conturarea unei posibile biografii alegorice a disciplinei literaturii comparate.
