Semnificații ale substantivului dor în volumul Cântarea Cântărilor mele, de Traian Dorz
Abstract: (Meanings of the noun dor in the volume Cântarea Cântărilor mele, by Traian Dorz) The current paper’s objective is to take into consideration the meanings of the noun dor, as illustrated in the collection Cântarea Cântărilor mele, by Traian Dorz – a Romanian contemporary poet, unfortunately less studied, author of thousands of mystical poems and volumes of memoires and religious meditation. In this “book of love poems”, dedicated to the intimate (and unique) communion with God, of the soul bound to the immortal absolute, dorul (the feeling of missing someone) – symbolical term and also a complex feeling, state of mind, prototype metaphor of Romanian life – implies several aspects, seen at maximum intensity: missing Divinity (and Eternity) otherness, individuality, the creator of durable artistic pieces of art, missing the eternal union (in biblical interpretation) between Jesus – the groom and the church – as the bride etc. Except for the simple illustration of such perspectives, the meanings of the noun dor in the above-mentioned collection of poems highlight the feelings and the emotions of the auctorial voice, always looking for knowledge and always wanting to know more, fact which is revealed in several fragments taken from poetical beliefs, which forward the idea that love is the fundamental principle of the world, the primordial element of Here and Beyond.

Rezumat: Lucrarea de față își propune să ia în discuție semnificațiile substantivului dor ilustrate în volumul Cântarea Cântărilor mele, de Traian Dorz – un poet român contemporan, din păcate mai puțin studiat, autor a mii de poezii de factură mistică, precum şi a numeroase volume de memorii şi meditaţii religioase. În această „carte cu poeme de dragoste” dedicate comuniunii intime (și unice) cu Dumnezeu a sufletului însetat de absolutul nemuririi, dorul – termen-simbol și, totodată, sentiment complex, stare a spiritului, metaforă-prototip a vieții românești – implică diverse ipostaze, privite la intensitate maximă: este vorba despre dorul de Divinitate (și de eternitate) al colectivității, al individului, al creatorului de opere artistice durabile, despre dorul de unirea veșnică (în concepție biblică) dintre Mirele Iisus și Bisericamireasă etc. Pe lângă simpla ilustrare a unor asemenea perspective, semnificațiile substantivului dor în volumul amintit pun în lumină trăirile eului auctorial aflat mereu în ascensiune pe calea cunoașterii mistice, fapt evidențiat în secvențe selectate din câteva arte poetice structurate pe ideea conform căreia iubirea este principiul fundamental al lumii, elementul primordial al existenței de aici și de Dincolo.
