L’agricoltura: madre della civiltà e della cultura romena
Abstract: (The Agriculture: mother of the Romanian culture and civilization). The culture and civilization of a country is directly related to his productive activities. Romania has always been based on resources given by working the land. All the traditions, the culture and civilization of Romania is based on the relationship of man with agriculture. In the last twenty years this bond has suffered a fracture and it is harmful only in the last five years that it has started a therapy designed to restore the vital link between man and nature. All civilizations, even the most industrialized, can not refrain from this bond and short- sightedness that has characterized the post-communist period in Romania and is now healing with the help of the European Community. The role that the policy of the European Union assumed is a very beneficial and crucial to the restoration of the bond that the Romanian people must have with their territory.

Riassunto: La cultura e la civiltà di un paese sono direttamente legate alle sue attività produttive. La Romania ha sempre basato il suo fare sulle risorse date dal lavoro del terreno. Tutte le tradizioni, la cultura e la civiltà Romena si fondano sul legame dell‟uomo con l‟agricoltura. Nell‟ultimo ventennio questo legame ha subito una deleteria frattura ed è solo negli ultimi cinque anni che è iniziata una terapia atta a ripristinare l‟imprescindibile legame tra l‟uomo e la natura. Tutte le civiltà, anche le più industrializzate, non possono esimersi da questo legame e la miopia che ha caratterizzato la Romania nel periodo postcomunista sta guarendo con l‟aiuto della Comunità Europea. Il ruolo che la Politica della Comunità Europea assume una connotazione assolutamente vantaggiosa e determinante per il ripristino del legame che il popolo romeno deve avere con il suo territorio.
