File dintr-o Odisee de basm
Abstract: (Odyssey, a Fairytale). The Romanian culture includes relatively numerous translations of the Homeric epic poems: considering only the Odyssey, there are to be noticed no less than five memorable translations, in wideranging approaches, regarding prosody and vocabulary. In an attempt to examine them transversally, we present the episodes that register sentiments of fear, both of masculine and feminine characters, with a special attention toward the incomplete Odyssey (I-XII) published in 1929 by CezarPapacostea.

Rezumat: Cultura română cunoaşte relativ multe tarduceri ale epopeilor homerice: pentru a ne limita la Odiseea, observăm prezenţa a cinci traduceri memorabile, într-o semnificativă varietate de abordări prozodice şi lexicale. Într-o încercare de cercetare transversală, urmărim episoadele care înregistrează manifestări ale sentimentelor de frică, la personaje masculine şi feminine, cu o atenţia aparte asupra jumătăţii de Odisee (c. I-XII) din 1929 (Cezar Papacostea).
