L’image du corps humain dans le vocabulaire du vin. Analyse contrastive français-roumain
Abstract: (Body Image as Reflected by Wine Vocabulary) From a terminological perspective, the field of wine tasting can be found by definition between the ambiguity of subjective taste impressions and the vocabulary of the specialist who attempts to be rigorous. We especially refer to metaphorical language. Our study starts from Romanian and French wine vocabulary and lexis. We will be trying to discover which the body parts that serve as point of departure for the metaphors in the field, the grammatical categories to which they belong and the categories of wine quality to which they correspond are. Then, we will be trying to distinguish between vocabulary metaphor and term based on dictionary definitions. In the end, our attention will be focused on the differences between Romanian and French as far as the terms used in the field are concerned.

Résumé: Le domaine de la dégustation du vin se trouve, du point de vue terminologique, entre l’ambigüité des impressions gustatives, subjectives par définition, et le vocabulaire du spécialiste qui essaye d’être rigoureux. Il s’agit d’un langage métaphorique par excellence. Notre étude part des vocabulaires et lexiques du vin du roumain et du français. Nous allons essayer de voir quels sont les parties du corps qui servent de point de départ pour les métaphores du domaine, les catégories grammaticales auxquelles elles appartiennent et les catégories des qualités du vin qui leurs correspondent. Ensuite, nous essayerons de distinguer entre la métaphore et le terme dans le vocabulaire, en nous appuyant sur les définitions des dictionnaires. Enfin, notre attention se dirigera vers les différences entre le roumain et le français en ce qui concerne les termes utilisés dans le domaine.
