Mărturii despre universul carceral românesc
Abstract (Testimony of female imprisonment ): This study focuses on the ability of the victims of communist terror to take their past. This assumption identity refers to the possibility of using their own prison experiences for the benefit of present. The specificity of this work is the relation determined established between the victim’ acceptance to save or to be saved by testimony and its inability to accept and show their own identity. It's about the victims of the communist regime who managed to cross the borders of their country after release but leaving there relatives that they could endanger by revolutionary actions. In such situations, the use of a pseudonym, as a disclaimer of their identity, was a way of salvation.The code chosen by those in question to testify before Europe the atrocities committed by the communist regime in Romania was the French language. It’s noted the establishment of a strong link between the French democratic state and the totalitarian space of Romania, due to the Francophone nature of the last one. Many of the lucky ones who managed to escape from communist Romania have chosen as a place of exile France, because here they could enjoy the moral support from those established later in this space.

Rezumat: Prezentul studiu se centrează asupra capacității dovedite de victimele terorii comuniste de a-și asuma trecutul. Această asumare identitară face referire la posibilitatea utilizării propriei experiențe carcerale spre folosul prezentului. Specificul acestei lucrări îl constituie raportul stabilit între acceptarea victimei de a (se) salva prin mărturie și imposibilitatea acesteia de a-și accepta și etala propria identitate. Este vorba despre victimele regimului comunist care au reușit după eliberare să depășească zidurile țării, lăsând însă în țară rude pe care le puteau pune în pericol prin acțiuni revoluționare. În astfel de situații apelul la pseudonim, ca neasumare a propriei identități a reprezentat o modalitate de salvare. Codul ales de cei în cauză pentru a depune mărturie în fața întregii Europe despre atrocitățile comise de regimul comunist în România l-a reprezentat limba franceză. Se observă stabilirea unui puternic liant între statul francez democrat și spațiul totalitar al României, datorat caracterului francofon al celui din urmă. Mulți din fericiții care au reușit să evadeze din România comunistă au ales ca spațiu al exilului Franța, deoarece aici se puteau bucura de sprijin moral din partea celor stabiliți ulterior în acest spațiu.
